Business environment draft open for comments

The latest draft of the city's Measures on Optimizing the Business Environment is open for public comment until February 10.

The measures were drafted by the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission in conjunction with the Shanghai Bureau of Justice, the General Office of the municipal government, the Economic and Information Technology Commission, and the administration for market regulation.

The measures are in line with guidance from the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and aim to create a first-class international business environment with a sound legal system and accelerate modernization of governance systems.
