After having a taste of success at the first China International Import Expo, Wyeth Nutrition came to this year’s event with an even larger presence and more products that feature healthy lifestyle.

As the world’s leading nutrition company for mothers and babies, Wyeth signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with the Irish Food Administration during the first CIIE, promising to complete 20 billion yuan (US$2.8 billion) of imports from Ireland in three years.

After the expo, a research and development center was established in Ireland, dedicating to developing infant formula series Wyeth Illuma.

Wyeth has seen its sales in China grow 35 percent in the past year, with which infant formula products up 72 percent.
