Bridge+, a flexible office space brand under CapitaLand Ltd, officially unveiled its largest project in China on Wednesday in Shanghai's downtown Xuhui District.

Located in the newly upgraded Ascendas Plaza on Tianyaoqiao Road and occupying 9,600 square meters spread over several floors, the project offers more than 1,400 work stations through a mix of workspace solutions comprising flexible desks, dedicated fixed desks and private suites for enterprises of different scales as well as individuals.

Launched in Singapore in October 2017, Bridge+ has since extended its footprint to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Dalian, Chongqing and Bangalore, and plans to seek accelerated growth by taking up spaces within CapitaLand's real estate projects across the region.

China is now CapitaLand's largest overseas market, which the Singapore-headquartered company first tapped in 1994. It now owns and manages more than 200 projects in 43 cities.
