Didi links with Ping An Group

Didi Chuxing has entered collaborative deals with a number of Ping An Group entities to strengthen relevant auto services in leasing, insurance, maintenance and charging.

Didi's automobile services affiliate Xiaoju Automobile Solutions Co Ltd will work with four Ping An subsidiaries under a comprehensive framework. Ping An Bank will offer integrated financial services including financing support for fleet operators, bank accounts and retail finance.

Three of Ping An's affiliates, Ping An International Financial Leasing, Ping An Property & Casualty and Ping An Infrastructure Investment Fund Management, will also work with Didi on leasing, insurance and charging network infrastructure.

The Ping An partnership is an extension of Didi's alliance with automobile companies and service providers as well as a wide range of industry players.

Xiaoju Automobile Solutions's General Manager Chen Ting said that car rental and leasing, maintenance services and energy solutions are three pillar strategies. The tie-up with Ping An is an important step in implementing these major tasks.
