Shanghai Media Group is offering a range of TV programs for children over the summer vacation.

Variety show “Go Fighting!” will present a new season about poverty alleviation from August 2 on Dragon TV. Entertainment celebrities including Deng Lun and Lei Jiayin will embark on a 20-day journey through southwest China. They will record local lifestyles, resources and problems through photographs and short videos.

The weekly show “The Greatest Dancer” will gather talented dancers from all over the country to showcase their superb skills and dreams on the stage. 

Outdoor reality series “Perfect Summer” will start airing on July 25. It will feature young people who have opened an island tourist inn.

News Channel’s science program “Touch Future” will invite scientists and medical experts such as Pu Muming and Zhang Wenhong to introduce new scientific achievements in the fight against the novel coronavirus.

Acclaimed cultural documentaries including “Peony,” “The Musical Instruments of Dunhuang” and “Masters in the Forbidden City” will be exhibited on Docu TV.

Additionally, ICS is collecting English short videos of “My Favorite Shanghai.” From the perspectives of young people, the videos will demonstrate the city’s energy, charm and development. Excellent works will be displayed.
