New AI park to bring Shanghai into the future even faster

AIsland, an artificial intelligence innovation application pilot area in Zhangjiang, Shanghai, is now one of the most important projects in the city. Covering an area of 66,000 square meters, it aims to become the most influential AI industry cluster in China.

The area has already attracted many famous enterprises including IBM, Infineon, Microsoft, Ada Health and more, plus many innovative businesses have set up shop, too.

Recently, AIsland has built its own seed center, with six display areas: AI home, AI school, AI hospital, AI Finance, AI manufacture and AI park.

5G technology has also been widely used in AIsland, allowing many facilities on site, including drones, an autonomous ship, underwater robot and security robot, to operate without any manpower.
