TV program to raise children's awareness

Shanghai Media Group’s new “About Growth” program is aimed at raising local children and teenagers’ awareness of coronavirus prevention and control.

The daily program produced by SMG News will start to air on the local News Channel and Knews on Wednesday.

Zhao Guoping, a biologist and academician from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, will share his medical expertise and experience.

People from all walks of life will tell their own stories of the battle against the pneumonia epidemic caused by the novel coronavirus.

Students can also upload short videos about their own efforts and family stories during the winter vacation.
