17 imported cases released upon recovery in Shanghai

Seventeen imported coronavirus cases were released upon recovery on Tuesday, said the Shanghai Health Commission.

So far, 406 patients — both local and imported — have been released in the city.

The 17 discharged patients include 12 Chinese and five foreigners — one Spanish, one Canadian, one British, one American and one French. Among them 16 were released from the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center and one 13-year-old boy was discharged from the Children's Hospital of Fudan University. 

All patients will receive follow-up management and observation, according to the health commission.
