Yuanmingyuan Road in Huangpu District was brimming with surprises recently: milk cap mojitos from Corona, Van Gogh-inspired products from Van Gogh Senses and ice-cream from an automated DIY machine.
A dozen vans covered with graffiti, in which a variety of brands from the Rockbund area set up stalls, created a unique atmosphere. Street artists such as musicians, magicians and stilt walkers added excitement to the carnival. Visitors could also enjoy discounts or special services at many stores.
The Waitanyuan Night Carnival lit up the city from June 6 to 14, offering dining, street performances, creative cultural products and fashion items.
