The Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles has published an e-book on risk management and prevention in living in southwest United States.

The 2019 version of the e-book consists of risk prevention regarding entry into the United States, crimes, natural disasters and tourism.

The Consulate General told Xinhua on Saturday it has properly handled more than 500 cases involving Chinese citizens over the past two years, and provided consular protection and assistance to more than 3,000 Chinese citizens.

The Consulate General issued more than 100 warnings for security risks in the consular area in the past two years.
