A senior citizen fell over on a subway escalator in China’s Hubei Province recently.
A volunteer quickly came to his rescue by running to turn off the escalator.
He slipped over in his rush to hit the emergency stop button, leading to slight bruising.
The senior citizen also suffered from bruising, and both were treated on the spot by subway staff.
