A man fell into an elevator shaft when the doors opened but the elevator hadn’t yet arrived in China’s Guizhou Province recently.
Luckily, he was able to grab onto the cable and slid all the way down while calling for help. He became stuck near the fifth floor and rescuers soon arrived on site.
Some rescue team members were able to get in the shaft and put safety ropes around him and the others pried the elevator doors open from the outside to pull them to safety.
