This year’s first harvest of Minhang rice has started and will get packed in Pujiang Town. Minhang rice is popular among local residents because of its fresh and soft taste. This year, the farming community implemented the green quality control, encouraging reasonable planting and rest hours and using pesticide lamp rather than chemicals, to ensure the better quality. The rice is available now at food stores across the district.
