SCIS Summer Kids CampBecause FUN doesn’t need to take a summer break!

Shanghai Community International School (SCIS) is excited to offer specialized summer camp programs consisting of developmentally appropriate activities, designed with the whole child in mind. Our summer camp programs are non-academic, thematic programs filled with action packed fun for all ages. Our programs include games, sports, outdoor exploration, water activities, field trips, art, music and movement, drama, Mandarin language/culture fun, and free play. Children will be provided with various opportunities to work together, play, and have fun with their friends!

Enrollment options:

The program will run from June 18 to July 13, with flexible weekly enrollment options for families with limited availability or travel plans:

• Week 1 (June 18-22): Let’s Get Active!

• Week 2 (June 25-29): Back to Nature!

• Week 3 (July 2-6): Imagination Station!

• Week 4 (July 9-13): Adventure Time!

Both full-day and half-day (Preschool only) enrollment options include lunch service and all summer camp activity costs:

• Full-day: 8:30am-3pm

• Half-day (preschool only): 8:30am-12:30pm

Admittance:

Enrolling students from the Shanghai community who will have completed Preschool through Grade 5 during the 2017-18 school year (Date of birth ranging from October 31, 2014 through November 1, 2006).

Tuition and fees:

• Early bird fees: registration from April 2-May 18

Full-day: 3,000 yuan (US$477) per week/half-day (Preschool only): 2,250 yuan per week

Payment must be made by May 18 to be eligible

• Standard fees: registration after May 18

Full-day: 3,500 yuan per week/half-day (Preschool only): 2,500 yuan per week

• Sibling discount fees: registration after May 18

Full-day: 3,000 yuan per week/half-day (Preschool only): 2,250 yuan per week

• Transportation fees:

500 yuan per child, per week of bus service.

Due to new Shanghai Transportation Bureau regulations, all bussing requests (for all four weeks of Summer Camp) must be submitted before June 1. No changes or additions to bus routes or bus stops can be made after June 1.
