Judges can now review inmates’ performances in jail and open trials via online platform instead of paying visits to jail to deal with commutation or parole pleas.
Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People’s Court became the first court in Shanghai to launch an online information platform, which shares inmates’ information with Shanghai Prison Administration and Shanghai Beixinjing Prison.
