Aikucun upgrades brand and product categories
Shanghai-based e-commerce platform Aikucun announced that it will upgrade its brand and product categories to become a one-stop service provider in online shopping.
Aikucun's new brand, IDOL Group, aims to expand into cosmetics and household items, from apparel now.
The company offers discounted products from over 10,000 brands, such as Lining and L’Oréal, to more than 2 million small online vendors, who promote and sell them to consumers on social media.
The business model helped boost product sales and the digital economy during the pandemic, which hit traditional retail channels, according to the company.
