JD.com will host a forum to discuss the e-commerce channel of the import trade, the online shopping site said today.
It will also use the forum during the China International Import Expo to be held in November in Shanghai to showcase its latest smart retail and logistics capabilities as well as present the latest analysis regarding the domestic consumption trend of imported goods.
JD.com also aims to collaborate further with imported brands to help them enter the offline sector by leveraging its retail infrastructure and logistics network to meet consumer demand for overseas products.
