Financiers win city awards

Seventeen financiers were given awards on Thursday to recognize their contributions to the growth of Shanghai's financial market in 2019.

Jiang Feng, general manager of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Ye Chunhe, chairman of the supervisory committee at the China Financial Futures Exchange, and Xu Li, chief of the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, were among the award winners.

The awards ceremony was organized by Xinhua news agency under the guidance of the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau, the Shanghai Head Office of the People’s Bank of China, the Shanghai Bureau of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission.
