Chinese tech giant Huawei on Thursday said it is suing the United States for banning government agencies from buying its equipment, CGTN reported Thursday.
Huawei in a statement said it has filed a complaint in a US district court in Texas challenging the US National Defense Authorization Act, which mentioned Huawei and ZTE by name, the report said.
The firm argues the restrictions targeting it are "unconstitutional," according to the report.
