Imaginative students perform in global contest
Students from Shanghai Commercial Accounting School present their creative drama in the DI world finals.
Students from Shanghai Commercial Accounting School, a vocational high school, came fourth in the 2019 Destination Imagination (DI) world finals in Kansas City of Missouri in America, the first time for the school has taken part in the finals.
Students worked in teams to solve one of six challenges.

Their props also impressed the judges. Wang Jiancheng, the team captain, said that since all the bags had to be checked according to the size and weight specified by the airlines, they had to give up the props used in the domestic competition and redesigned them.
The school instructors are pleased that their students did not have to ask their teachers directly for solutions, but came up with possible solutions first, then sought advice from teachers.
