“Crazy Little Things,” the film directorial debut of Taiwan singer and actor Kenji Wu, will hit cinemas across China on November 2.

On October 10, the film’s cast held a meeting with local movie buffs at Shanghai University. Wu, who is also the leading actor in the film,  shared with the audience unknown stories behind shooting.

Shanghai singer Hu Yanbin, who wrote the film’s theme song “I Dare,” also showed up to perform and interact with the film fans.

The back-to-the-future film tells a romantic story of a young guy who travels back to his college years to pursue his love.

Wu is the main investor of the film and he used many young actors.

“It is the first time I have become a film director,” said Wu. “I started to write the script 5 years ago. It is really a challenging and rewarding experience for me.”
