Original variety show records Chinese youngsters' pursuit of dreams

Production for the new variety show “Idol Producer” is now underway, documenting around 100 young Chinese people’s growth and the pursuit of their art dreams.

Celebrated vocal artist Jiang Dawei and dancing artist Huang Doudou will share their expertise and experience with the young trainees. 

According to Jiang Bin, vice president of iQiyi and the show’s producer, they will also incorporate charity programs into the show, which is about growth, dreams and youth.

All the trainees will study four months of singing and dancing, and have the chance to learn from veteran artists and performers in various styles.
