TV program records the development and charm of Shanghai
Actress Han Xue interviewed ordinary people from all walks of life for her program.
“On the Field of Thoughts,” a special TV program recording the achievements of China’s reform and opening-up and the distinctive charms of the city of Shanghai will be aired on Dragon TV at 9:30pm on August 6.
The program invites young entrepreneurs, scientists and scholars to tell their own stories about the city’s big changes.
Audiences will be impressed with the city’s efforts in scientific and technological innovation, talent introduction and environmental protection.
A creative high-tech fashion show on a cruise over the Huangpu River is also documented.
Many of the costumes were designed by artificial intelligence robots.
Following the Shanghai episode of the program, it will also present shows about other major cities of the country in tribute to the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
