Smart building project launched to bring new concepts for office buildings

CR Land launched it new MixC project in Shanghai on Thursday. The project is expected to bring new architectural concepts and designs for office buildings in China.

The “Office-easy” smart office building is located at the Qibao Ecological Business Zone of Minhang District. Construction will be completed in 2020.

The building will be equipped with a facial recognition system. All of its public space can be developed with creative functions such as roof garden and indoor lounge based on the needs of its tenants.

Tenants can also be involved in space design through an interactive digital installment.

Additionally, diverse activities of sports, art and culture will also be regularly organized for white-collar workers.
