“Homecoming,” a charity exhibition about people’s artistic ideas about home, opened on the weekend at the Bridge 8 Creative Park.

The outbreak of the novel coronavirus kept a lot of people at home earlier this year. Among them were curators, architects, filmmakers, dancers and crossover artists.

They came up with a lot of ideas to kill time at home. It also gave them new opportunities to reflect on the meaning of home and new lifestyles.

They explored the new boundless functions of home, including work, social and entertainment. They also pictured the future of home in their artworks covering interactive installation, digital painting and short video.

Curators of the exhibition said that they hope people can rebuild mutual trust and close relationships after the epidemic.
