Brunch lovers who want to give their taste buds a treat need to look no further than Luneurs’ new location inside One ITC Mall.

The Parisian-themed neighborhood bakery brand’s new store is an ultra-chic 55-seat space area that offers a well-created brunch menu serving delightful comfort bites in a relaxing vibe.

“For the first time we really wanted to provide an all-day food experience and offer customers a new experience, as previous branches are bakery-centered,” said Son Quach, a Luneurs partner.

A lot of wood and mirrors are used in the space, similar to other Luneurs outlets, but it boasts a bigger interior.

The vibe is more posh and feminine, with hanging plants, patterned marble tables and chic tableware thoughtfully selected and displayed.

The restaurant is currently open from 11:30am to 5pm, but there is a plan for a future dinner menu when the team is ready. The outlet remains true to its classic selection of pastries but the truly delicious brunch items make you want to return, time and again.

“It’s a challenging move to launch a brunch menu as we are generally known as a bakery and cafe. But it surprised me to find that a queue had formed when we opened the door on our first day,” Quach said.

The team offers some creatively fresh brunch ideas. It’s not just another spot for eggs benedict or French toast — it offers so much more with a selection of small plates easy for sharing as well as for dining alone.

“Our concept differs from other Western restaurants, which is to gather small dishes together on a tray. The way to order food here is more casual and fun as you simply tick what you like on a menu of 27 choices,” Quach said.

The brunch is formatted as a selection of small plates easy for sharing.

You can choose three pieces for 98 yuan, five pieces for 158 yuan and seven pieces for 198 yuan.

I chose seven pieces, namely, onsen egg, chicken stripes, steamed halibut, mozzarella stick, ratatouille, yoghurt, and panna cotta.

Seven small plates were stylishly placed on a tray and each item turned out to be executed perfectly. And paired with a nice glass of Chablis, a decent brunch is ensured.

“Luneurs is all about happiness and we want to share this through our breads, ice creams, coffees and foremost, this is how people get to know Luneurs and the image we intend to keep,” Quach said.

“The ITC branch is no different from our former shops, it is just a continuity. We hope our customers will feel that we are food lovers, happiness seekers and above all, artisans.”
