Dry eye is a common problem for the elderly, people who have had eye surgery and those with long-term exposure to screens on computers, tablets and smartphones.

There has been a rise in the number of patients, particularly office workers, seeking treatment.

Eye drops, controlling indoor dryness, special glasses for using screens, reducing exposure to screens and some clinical treatments using machines can be effective.
