Cute little monkeys from Brazil make Shanghai Zoo their new home
Shanghai Zoo in Changning District has introduced six white-headed marmosets native to Brazil, and these chubby little animals are ready to greet visitors.
Geoffroy's marmoset, a type of small monkey, has a long tail and a white forehead and cheeks.
They are vigilant and usually hide themselves when animal keepers feed them. However, they are active most of the time and like jumping between tree branches.
The zoo has prepared abundant food for them, including bananas, apples, cucumbers, carrots, celery, steamed buns, eggs and bread worm, which they are fed twice a day.
