The Ordinary Star Cultural Alliance was set up yesterday in Jiading District. The alliance assembles the city’s grassroots cultural stars and teams to provide citizens with regular cultural performances and services.
Most of the individual and group stars were selected from the city’s 200 or so community cultural centers. At the launch ceremony of the alliance, they presented a gala of traditional theater, singing and dancing.
