The Foreigner Single Window 3.0 that offers expat workers in the pilot free trade zone improved talent services online and offline is debuted on Friday.

The Foreigner Single Window 3.0 offers employers of expat workers not only “one stop” solution offline but intelligent online services.

A unified approval system with the participation and coordination of different government agencies, such as the exit and entry administration, customs, administration of foreign experts affairs, provides qualified foreign applicants much easier access to all sorts of permits and privileges.

For most of them, they will get their Foreigner Work Permit, Shanghai Residence Permit and the verification of physical examination records at the same time after they summit all the materials needed.

Additionally, each step for the approval process will be published online for applicants to check anytime anywhere.

For employers, just fill a form online, stead of coping with paperwork of different government agencies previously. The information collected will be delivered to department in charge through the online platform automatically and shared among different departments.

On most occasions, foreign applicants or human resources managers only need to visit the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone International Talent Service Center once and have all the work done.
