Ten reporters experienced how out-of-courtroom legal staff work last week.

Unlike presiding judges who hand down verdicts, out-of-courtroom legal staff implement verdicts made in civil affairs cases, such as urging people in debt to clear off their debts in financial disputes.

In Xuhui District People’s Court, people can make appointments and meet out-of-courtroom legal staff to seek advice. Last Tuesday afternoon, 10 reporters were trained and experienced the jobs of out-of-courtroom staff to accept visitors.
