A collection of photographs and paintings on display at the Chan and Chang Art Center in Jinshan Industrial Park in Jinshan District mark the park's 15th anniversary.

Artists from the Shanghai Overseas Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Institute created 50 paintings and calligraphy works themed on the 29 enterprises in the park.

In addition, more than 100 photographs shot by professionals and amateurs chart the park’s development.

Established in 2003, the industrial park is the youngest development zone at municipal level. It has drawn a number of enterprises from home and abroad including Siemens and Uni-President.

The park is focusing on the integration of city life and industry. In 2014, it began building residential communities around its Jinshui Lake. The plan was to house 25,000 people.

After four years, high-end hotels, bilingual schools and an international hospital have been established.
