Guangming Daily publishes Reading China+ edition and supplements for CIIE

Guangming Daily, a major daily newspaper based in Beijing, has recently published Reading China+ special edition in collaboration with Literarni Noviny of Czech and Reading China+ supplements with Siamrath of Thailand and the Daily Jang of Pakistan respectively to mark the on-going first China International Import Expo.

Designed to introduce the CIIE and Shanghai’s social and economic development, Reading China+ special edition and supplements are well-received among the readers of Literarni Noviny, Siamrath, and the Daily Jang.

Miroslave Pavel, president of Literani Noviny, said many Czech companies have participated in the CIIE and Reading China+ is one of the channels for them to learn about Shanghai.

Zhang Jianmin, China’s ambassador to the Czech Republic, said the time Literani Noviny chose to publish its Reading China+ Shanghai special edition was impeccable, and it played an important role in introducing the CIIE and Shanghai to people in the Czech Republic.

Publication of Reading China+ special edition and supplements was also supported by the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality and Shanghai Daily.
