East Xujing station on Metro Line 2 was especially busy this morning on the first day that the import expo was open to the general public.

Police sent 155 officers to Metro line 2's East Xujing station on Wednesday to help with the large number of passengers going to the expo.
More than 250,000 visitors are expected at the international event today.
Metro officials said that more than 23,375 passengers had left East Xujing by 10am.
Entrance 4 was opened at 8am for exits only, four hours earlier than planned.
By 10am, some 56,000 visitors had arrived at the National Exhibition and Convention Center.
