The windows give foreign exchange, tourist information, frequent traveler services and luggage check in.

Passengers flying to Shanghai and moving on to nearby cities like Suzhou can now get a free train ticket from to their destination.

Temporary ID printers will help those who forget to bring their ID card or passport.

Sixty-six turnstiles with facial recognition will make ID checks easier. Using facial recognition technology, each turnstile can process 10 to 15 passengers a minute.

Two information desks have translation machines ready to help foreign visitors.
