The first literary federation of the Pudong New Area has been established as part of efforts to build the area into a cultural highland.
The federation will foster young cultural figures and provide them a platform to showcase their talents. It will also integrate cultural resources to offer cultural activities to neighborhoods, said renowned writer Sun Ganlu, chairman of the federation.
Famous anchor Luo Xin, a federation member, said it will add to people’s sense of belonging through a variety of cultural activities.
