Homes to rent will be ready in May

A new batch of 237 public rental homes in Songjiang will be ready in May. The houses are at the Xinda Lanjue, Vanke Dream City and Vanke Legend of Clouds communities.
Public rental housing estates are owned by a government authority and rented at discounted rates to low-income residents.
The new homes, designed in Nordic style with warm colors and simple lines, are equipped with appliances and wooden furniture.
The houses at Xinda Lanjue and Vanke Dream City on Danjiabang Road range from 58 to 92 square meters and have from one to three bedrooms.
Appliances include air conditioners, TVs, refrigerators, range hoods and gas stoves.
Among the apartments at Xinda Lanjue and Vanke Dream City, 191 will be provided for G60 High-tech Corridor talent.
Property management companies of the public rental homes will be the same as those managing the property of the communities.
In addition, 46 public rental homes at Vanke Legend of Clouds on Chenta Road are undergoing decoration. They are all 90-square-meter three-bedroom apartments.
