Roads closed for F1 Festival
Some parts of downtown Xintiandi will be off limits to vehicular traffic this week for the planned F1 Festival ahead of the Chinese Grand Prix this weekend.
On April 10-12, Hubin Road between Huangpi Road S. and Jinan Road and Shunchang Road between Chongde Road and Hubin Road will be closed from midnight to 4:30am each day.
From 12am on April 13 to 4:30am on April 14, Hubin Road between Huangpi Road S. and Jinan Road, Shunchang Road between Chongde Road and Hubin Road, and Jinan Road between Zizhong Road and Chongde Road will be closed.
The F1 Festival will be held on April 12-13. On Friday, musical events and a host of other activities will be held at Xintiandi Park. There will be an F1 Live car run on Saturday that will allow racing fans to experience the roar of the engines, the smell of the rubber and the electrifying experience.
