Residents at the Shanghai Wild Animal Park in the Pudong New Area have enjoyed zongzi treats.

Residents at the Shanghai Wild Animal Park in the Pudong New Area were given zongzi (glutinous rice dumpling) treats to mark the Dragon Boat Festival which falls on Friday.

Zongzi is made with fillings such as fruit and mud fish flavored with different meat.

More treats will be handed out to the animals on Friday.

Eating zongzi is a tradition of the festival in China.
