A man who has repeatedly harassed Metro staff over the past 10 months turned up to apologize on Tuesday.

A man claiming to be the "Mr Huang" who has harassed Metro staff over the phone since August last year, apologized on Tuesday, an official from Shanghai Metro told Shanghai Daily.
The man had called the Metro complaint hotline a large number of times, threatening staff with abusive languages.
After the audio clip of one of his calls went viral online, many were astounded by the filthy language.
The official from the Metro said the man had promised to make a written apology.
