A flash mob staged in Qibao Old Street in Shanghai’s Minhang District presented "My Country And I" to express the love for the country.
Veteran actor Jiao Huang delivered a recitation to the melody played by renowned violinist Yu Lina on a stone bridge.
People joined in a children's chorus, among them hero firefighter Wang Haibin, weather satellite designer Dong Yaohai, Shanghai model worker Liu Xianbao, TV anchorwoman Yin Hairong, actress Xu Songzi, Youth League members from the C919 passenger jet project, doctors from Shanghai Pediatric Hospital and the nation’s outstanding family doctor team.
