Two men who employed others to plant marijuana in fields in Henan Province and sold it in other regions have been arrested for selling drugs, prosecutors in Hongkou District said on Tuesday.
The pair, surnamed Li and Hu, were caught by police on July 10 when Li was mailing the marijuana. Police officers seized more than 50 kilograms of the drug in his car and residence.
