The organizers will invite experts from home and abroad to select the winners. The winners will get support during future business operations or talent incubation sessions.

The event is the second of its kind, and last year it accepted more than 3,000 designs from 16 colleges in China. The outstanding designs were shown during the Shanghai Fashion Week and in shopping malls.

This year, the organizers will also invite colleges from China's Taiwan, Japan and the Netherlands to participate.
