A variety of tour itineraries is on offer at the second China International Import Expo.

The routes offered by online travel operator Trip.com are aimed at overseas participants. They feature folk culture, customs and local flavor.

They include the Chengdu Giant Panda Base, a cruise tour on traditional boats in Zhouzhuang in neighboring Jiangsu Province, dumplings making, a Chinese tea ceremony, wet markets visits, kung fu and trying local dishes.

"I am interested in these tour itineraries and the old villas in the city are also appealing places to explore," said Cornelio Flores from Mexico.

"I am attracted by water towns around Shanghai," said Paulius Dobozinskas from Lithuania.
