All organized group tours within and from China will be suspended from Monday, the Shanghai Administration of Culture and Tourism said, citing China Association of Travel Services.
The suspension also includes packaged flight-plus-hotel outbound itineraries.
Domestic group tours and flight-and-hotel packages have already been halted since Friday, with cancellations of outbound tours starting from Monday, requested by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Those already on the way can continue their trips, but precautions are ordered, the association said.
