Ten people with coronavirus infection were discharged upon recovery on Thursday morning, said Shanghai Health Commission.
So far, 25 coronavirus patients in Shanghai have been discharged, the commission said.
Among the 10 discharged patients, five have lived in Hubei Province, two have traveled in Hubei and three have contacts with confirmed patients.
The patients, aged between 16 and 80 years old, were all transferred to Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center after being confirmed with infection.
In total, the city has reported 254 coronavirus cases.
