Some tourist attractions in Shanghai are offering free admission to medical workers in gratitude for their dedication in the battle against the coronavirus.

All doctors and nurses in China can enjoy a free cruise tour on the Huangpu River before the end of the year, Shanghai Huangpu River Cruise Co announced on Friday.

In addition, Shanghai's medical workers who have assisted in Hubei Province will be offered unlimited tours on the river this year.

Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park in the Pudong New Area will offer free admission to all medical workers before December 31, while Shanghai's doctors and nurses who have worked in Hubei will receive an annual pass for three people with unlimited number of entries.

Shanghai Gongqing Forest Park in Yangpu District will also provide free admission for medical workers this year. Shangha medical workers involved in Hubei can take two guests into the park for free and enjoy a green channel from queuing during travel peaks.

Nationwide, a large number of tourist attractions such as Mount Emei, Wuyuan, the Terracotta Warriors and the Yellow Mountains have made similar offers.
