No new coronavirus cases reported in the city

No new locally transmitted or imported coronavirus cases were reported on Friday while one imported patient from Russia was discharged upon recovery, said the Shanghai Health Commission on Saturday morning.

So far, of all the 326 imported cases, 315 have been discharged from hospital upon recovery and 11 are still hospitalized, including one in critical condition.

Another five imported suspected cases are undergoing test.

No new suspected cases were reported during the day, either.

Of all the 341 local cases, 332 have been discharged upon recovery and two are hospitalized for treatment. There have been so far seven local fatalities.

No asymptomatic infection cases are undergoing medical observation now, the health commission said.
