Exhibition records battle with coronavirus
An exhibition about the fight against the novel coronavirus epidemic was launched at the medical section of Fudan University’s library on Wednesday.
About 500 exhibits and pictures were displayed to show the precious experiences of medical staff serving in the front line of the fight. Many of them were donated by medical staff, who have gone to Wuhan, the former epicenter of the epidemic.
Affiliated hospitals of Fudan University sent a total of 511 medical staff to support Wuhan and both of two designated hospitals for coronavirus patients in Shanghai are affiliated hospitals of Fudan.
Doctors including Dr Zhang Wenhong, leader of the expert team for coronavirus treatment in Shanghai, donated their diaries, protective uniforms, patients’ cards expressing their gratitude, to the exhibition.
A special section on the exhibition also showed children’s paintings. These children’s parents are medical staff serving in the front line.
