Visitors enjoy the opening ceremony of the Qingshan Night Market.

The Qingshan Night Market opened at Ala Town in Minhang District with a beer festival, food stalls and performances.
The festival features more than 20 beer brands, including Budweiser and Goose Island. Visitors are given tickets to taste their favorite beer and vote for it. They can also take part in beer-drinking and crayfish-peeling competitions. Winners receive coupons for restaurants and shops at Ala Town.
There are also light shows and other interactive installations visitors can photo and share online.
The beer festival will last for four weekends but the night market will be year round and features food stalls that have been popular online, such as the YES!BUS barbeque and FitMonkey light diet.
